Welcome to Sherman Moore’s Gallery. Sherman Moore specializes in works made out of stone and bronze, creating a three-dimensional figure that gives the viewer different ways of viewing the piece. Art can come in many shapes and using any of several different mediums. Stone is my preferred medium since it comes from the Earth and it gives me several different ways to manipulate it. As a sculpture artist, the Earth gives many different types of stone to utilize in the sculpture art.

In the gallery page, you will find marble sculptures, limestone sculptures alongside ancient sculptures and other works of sculpture artist Sherman Moore (Shermm).  From political sculpture art to the stone gallery which features works made of marble, alabaster, limestone basalt amongst other raw materials, his works are not only thought provoking, but extremely memorable.

View the works in progress gallery to get an idea of what will soon be available from sculpture artist Sherman Moore, His works in progress will usually include a figurative sculpture made from another raw material from the Earth such as marble or limestone. Or perhaps on display could be a political sculpture made from alabaster and bronze.

The sculpture artist begins each piece with a a rough pencil etch on the piece of stone, which gives a better idea of what the final marble or alabaster sculpture will look like. The design will constantly shift and change with each draft, and the work of art with flow with each refinement.
